We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the IPXO platform as part of ongoing infrastructure improvements focused on reliability, scalability, and overall platform stability.

During the maintenance window, temporary interruption of IPXO portal services is expected for up to 3 hours on Monday, June 2nd, from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM (GMT+3).

Note:
- https://www.ipxo.com/portal will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
- Temporary disruptions to backend-related operations may also occur.
- This maintenance will not affect leased or reassigned IPs and is limited to the IPXO platform services.

During the maintenance window, the IPXO Portal (https://www.ipxo.com/portal) will be unreachable during maintenance.

Your leased and reassigned IPs are not affected. The maintenance only touches IPXO infrastructure — IP routing, RPKI, and announcement services continue to operate normally.

Resolved - RIPE NCC has deployed a fix for the incident. Sync between our delegated RPKI service and the RIPE NCC parent CA has resumed for all affected CAs. Onboarding of new RIPE customers and adding new IP ranges or ASNs to existing setups is fully restored. No customer action required.

Identified - RIPE NCC is currently experiencing an incident that prevents communication between delegated RPKI Certificate Authorities and their parent CA. This affects new RIPE-region RPKI setups on our platform.

Customer impact: Existing ROAs and route validation are unaffected and remain fully valid. Onboarding of new RIPE customers and adding new IP ranges or ASNs to existing setups is temporarily blocked. ARIN, APNIC and LACNIC services are unaffected.

Status: RIPE NCC has acknowledged the issue and is working on a fix. ETA from RIPE: within 12–24 hours. No action required from customers — once RIPE deploys the fix, sync will resume automatically.
